9:15- Warm-up Activity/ Dynamic Stretch
9:30- Speed/ Agility Drills
9:45- Position Drills
10:15- Team Drills (1on1, 7on7, Team)
10:45- Team Games (AM Tournament)
11:30- Lunch (Concession Stand open Daily!)
AM Group Dismissal
12:00- PM Group Check-In
